Quality Assurance system

Our quality assurance system is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and PED 97/23/EC modules H and H1. Since 1977 De Plaatijzerindustrie is authorised to use the ASME “U” and “U2” Stamps. In 1998 the authorisation of using the “R”-Stamp and registration was obtained from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.

Our own in-house quality division is able to carry out almost all types of non-destructive examination (NDE), such as RT, UT, MT and PT, on pressure vessels and apparatus.
